When you go to make a map in the program, the first thing you do is select a style, which defines the overall look of your map. These "Cartographers collections" are selections of packs from multiple annuals that fit a certain theme.
Profantasy sells packs on their website called "annuals", you buy the annual for the year and every month they release a new pack that contains new map styles and their corresponding symbols. These are style packs, essentially small DLCs. In this bundle there are several bundled "cartographer's collections". Then there are several add-on programs, Cosmographer 3, Fractal Terrains 3, City Designer and Dungeon Designer from the last bundle. The way the program works is there is one main program - Campaign Cartographer 3+. The company is very active in a Facebook group and on the official website forums and are really pleasant people, I don't foresee any problems getting the voucher.
